Delivery and returns
At the moment, we ship only to United States & Canada (we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes and APO), Europe, South Africa, Moscow, Israel, United Emirates, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Japan and Australia.
We ship via Post unless otherwise noted.
Depending on the country of delivery.
In Switzerland: 3-7 working days
Rest of Europe: 6-12 working days
Rest of the World: 7-14 working days
Please allow an extra 10 working days during busy holiday periods. We appreciate your patience.
Should your order takes longer than 30 working days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 31 days of dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund for the non-received items. During peak holiday seasons, this refund period is extended to 45 working days.
Please note that for shipping outside Switzerland, local customs and duty may be payable upon collection. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
Otherwise Jewelry+ Shipping Disclaimer
Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). Otherwise Jewelry+ cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, according to basic post shipping cost.
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when it was originally delivered and must be accompanied by the original instructions, documentation, accessories and, as far as possible, the original packaging and labels. It must include also the purchase invoice and a note giving the reason for the return.
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.
The consumer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the product. Otherwise Jewelry+ will not accept packages sent via cash on delivery under any circumstances.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
The refund for the purchase price will be made via the same payment method used for purchasing the item and within a maximum period of 15 days from the date your return was received from us.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will exchange your product for the same or another product as long as it is in stock.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Changes of size or colour will be handled as a new order. Users will have to process a return of the item they want to change in order to obtain a refund.
